Shipping

All orders are dispatched via DHL or local express post, depending on the product's location in our inventory. This ensures comprehensive tracking of your shipment. From the time of dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • EU: Free shipping for orders over €350; for orders below this amount, fees are €6 within Austria, €10 to Germany, and €15–€20 to other EU countries.
  • Non-EU European countries: €29
  • USA & Canada: €26
  • Australia & New Zealand: €44
  • International shipping rates: €30–€50
Please provide your phone number in the shipping details so that the local shipping service can contact you if necessary. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Distribution

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. We strive to accommodate urgent orders whenever possible. Please contact us with any specific requirements for dispatch or delivery before placing your order.

Incorrect Address / Redelivery Terms

Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. In cases where redirection or redelivery is necessary, the customer will bear the costs. We cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in transit. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for items marked as delivered but not received, or if a delivery attempt notification has not been received from the local postal service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability for receipt of their order.

Taxes & Duties

The customer is responsible for all relevant taxes, customs fees, and duties, which vary by country. Our prices do not include duties or taxes on international orders. It is against the law for us to mark any orders as ‘gifts’ on customs declaration forms, even if the order is intended as a gift. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Handbags & Small Leather Goods:
We accept returns of handbags and small leather goods in their original, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us via email within this 14-day period to initiate the return process.
Unique Specimen Bags Return Policy:
Each unique specimen bag is a one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted with care. Due to its bespoke nature, these bags cannot be returned. However, we may offer store credit under certain circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss potential credit options.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We offer a full refund for items that arrive damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us promptly to arrange the return. We are committed to your satisfaction and will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, provided it meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping Costs:
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Receive Your Refund:
Once we receive the shipment, we aim to process it within 7 working days and refund you via your original payment method. You will receive confirmation from us as soon as the refund has been processed.
